Services

DBS Consultancy provides IT consulting, website and mobile app development, AI website chat, WhatsApp Business automation, recruitment software, school management software, travel booking systems, ticketing, CRM, digital marketing and office IT support.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, maintain lawful customer contact lists, obtain required consent for messaging, follow applicable laws and platform policies, and use DBS systems only for legitimate business communication.

WhatsApp and Meta Use

Clients using WhatsApp features are responsible for approved templates, opt-in requirements, message content, customer support practices and compliance with Meta policies. DBS Consultancy provides software tools to manage communication; clients control their own business messaging and customer relationships.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use our services for spam, fraud, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, malware, unauthorized data collection or violation of third-party rights.

Availability and Support

We work to keep services available and secure, but third-party providers, internet issues, platform outages and maintenance can affect availability. Support is provided based on the agreed service scope.

Payments and Changes

Project pricing, subscription fees, setup charges and support terms are agreed separately with each client. DBS Consultancy may improve or modify services to maintain reliability, security and compliance.
